Your order may not yet be Active because the payment has not yet been received or the Product you ordered is still Pending Setup from Aust Domains or the Domain Registry.
The setup process can take up to 48 hours depending on our backlog. You will be notified by email once it is complete.
If you've just registered your Domain, it may still be Pending Approval from the Registry. If the status of your Domain Registration appears as Awaiting Info, this means that you may still need to provide some required documents. In which case, an email notification will have been sent to you, where you'll need to reply with the requirements.
If you recieved an EPP Error status, that means we were unable to write a change to the Domain Registry. This sometimes occurs when attempting to register, transfer, or renew a Domain. It can be for a variety of reasons. We maintain a list of all current EPP Errors and we fix them ASAP. It is not necessary for you to report an EPP Error unless there are additional complications or it hasn’t been resolved within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
