I Paid for Premium DNS and It's Not Working

Premium DNS services are automatically activated after purchase. In some cases, however, the service will require you to set up your domain name first if it's registered with another company. Follow the guide below:

Premium DNS can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully activate on your domain name after purchase. If it has been more than 24 hours and you still have no access to the Premium DNS settings within your Account Manager, please contact us so we can check your order.
