Help | Tutorials | Change Your FTP Password

It is a good idea to regularly change your password. You should always change your password if you think someone else has access to your FTP account.

1. Click on the Manage My Account link at the top of this page.



2. Click on Email & Web Hosting Manager.



3. Type in your username and password and click Login.



4. Click on the FTP Accounts button.



5. Click the Change Password button which is next to each FTP User.



6. Type in the new password in the New Password field.



7. Click Change button.

Please allow 10 minutes for any changes to take effect.
