How long before I have
to pay my account? |

When you register a Domain Name or
sign up for Hosting / Aust Direct, you will given the option
to pay by direct debit or cheque. If you choose either option,
we will not continue with the registration process or setup
until we have received payment.
We allow up to 7 days' waiting before we
cancel any unpaid applications.

Will I be charged if my domain
gets rejected? |
If a domain name gets rejected
after you have applied for it you will not be billed.

Yes, we allow customers up to 7 days
to pay by direct deposit or cheque.
