How long before I have to pay my account?
When you register a Domain Name or
sign up for Hosting / DNS Hosting, you will given the option
to pay by direct debit or cheque. If you choose either option,
we will not continue with the registration process or setup
until we have received payment.
We allow up to 7 days before we
cancel any unpaid applications.

Will
I be charged if my domain gets rejected?
If a domain name gets rejected after you have applied for it, the fee you have paid will be refunded to your credit card.

Can
I pay by cheque or direct deposit?
Yes, we allow customers up to 14 days to pay by direct deposit or cheque.
